Resolved Question: Wisconsinites: Green Bay or Milwaukee?

I'm from New Jersey, and I want to apply to a college out in the Midwest. I want the experience, and I want to meet people from different walks of life. I'm stuck between the University of Wisconsin at Green Bay and Milwaukee, and I can't pick. So in your opinion, which has the most to offer, is nicer, more people-friendly, etc? Green Bay or Milwaukee? Or, perhaps there's an even better city in the Midwest for a college student? haha.
